2. What do you love about your job?

Being able to cure patients with hepatitis C.

 

3. What is the biggest challenge that you face when providing care to your patient population?

Lack of insurance.

 

4. What are some healthcare barriers that your non-English speaking patients face?

There is a lack of physicians who speak their language and understand their customs.

 

5. If you could make one change to the RI healthcare system, what would it be?

Get rid of for-profit hospitals.

There is a serious lack of primary care doctors in Rhode Island.
